Easy. She had cut4 inches off back ..and 1 huge clue was the longer strands of uneven hair that were 4 inches longer than the rest of my hair. I mean COME ON .No translation needed. You could see that. She tried to tell another manager /co worker when I went back in for a redo and or money back ..something about layers, in Spanish, I don't have layers, never have nor did I ask for layers. The cut was horrible. I should've taken pictures too ..I see some in these reviews and that exactly what she did to me. The young woman who fixed it up was very kind, understanding and apologetic and did a good job cleaning it up. I wish I had asked her name because she was good. But Silvia N...NOT good at all. In fact while I was there for my complaint another customer saw my hair and heard it all and stated the same problem with the same person. I too have given Great Clips Now4 separate attempts .. in fact I picked this one as the one on Bethany and 19th ave area is the same way. Very disappointing. I will NO LONGER be using Great Clips. It appears the bar for talent is extremely low. I do thank the woman who did my re-do. She does not deserve low marks...just don't get Silvia N.

Ive been here previously and wanted to give them another opportunity but not only was the haircut terrible, but the customer service was even worst. I signed up for a digital coupon and so did my son. We obtained the coupon on different days and obviously on different emails. Great clips coupon had the same code so they wouldn't honor it. Fail on the marketing side, bait and switch, and poor customer service. The other hairstylist came in to argue instead of diffuse situation. There are other Great Clips which are friendlier and better at their job on 83rd and Indian School as well as 99th and McDowell. Even if its 3 to 5 minutes further, its worth the drive. Tried to give them another shot but do yourself a favor and stay away.
