Checked in online, no restrictions doing so within the app either regardless that it was within 30 minutes of store closing, arrived in less than 10 mins therefore still 20 mins before closing, not even one other customer in the store, but I was turned away?!?! Why do your hours listed say 8pm if you're literally locking the door by 7:40pm? Yes, I was walked out the door while they locked it behind me! All I came in for was a simple trim that would've maybe taken 15 mins at the most. I'm just completely blown away at the sheer rudeness of the entire ordeal overall and fantastic to learn up close and personal how much this particular location truly "values their customers", which until now I have been a long time customer, my kids have had their hair cut at Great Clips for most of their lives and now they continue as adult themselves, and I even purchase my hair products through GC'S as well...... but now NEVER AGAIN!

This location is horrible!!
