  I had a great first experience at The NOW Massage Gilbert! The lobby is bright, fresh, and inviting. The massage area has a totally different vibe. Think private cabana. The lighting is gentle, the sounds are relaxing. My massage therapist, Jayde, was super professional. She paid special attention to my problem areas with just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension. I loved the bonus aromatherapy at the beginning and end of my massage. Definitely going to book another massage here. I can’t wait!

  My massage was the best way for me to make time for myself and do something for me! The entire team is so kind and I love how intentional every part of the experience felt. It was exactly what I needed to disconnect from the rest of the world and it’s amazing how accessible an experience like this is. I’ve been telling all my friends about this place nonstop!

  So for starters the facility was very clean very modern. It looks so nice just very welcoming. Secondly, receptionists at the front desk, Jaden made the process super easy went through the different packages that they had. They had two other young women at the front as well helping to assist. They were super sweet. Very patient with helping me choose a massage package that fit my particular need. Now as far as the massage I had Rachel Q as my massage therapist and I cannot tell you enough she is absolutely amazing from when I first saw her she was very smiley very bubbly great personality just very welcoming. The massage itself was wonderful. She accommodated to me to all my needs. Rachel just gave me maximum comfort, and honestly a very peaceful experience. If you have the opportunity to choose your therapist, I would highly recommend Rachel! She gets 10 stars!

  Today I had a wonderful experience with Jayde! The pressure was perfect and she was really great about communicating throughout the service to make sure I was comfortable. She found spots in my lower back that I didn't even know were locked up! I also got the fresh eyes which are definitely my favorite enhancement. The light touches paired with it are super relaxing and really elevate that spa-like experience :)
