  I came in here asking for someone to help me with color matching on foundation, background story is I have been battling terribly dry & flaky skin for 3+ years that gets so bad I don’t want to leave my house some days and had basically stopped wearing makeup and felt like crap. I have seen doctors to have levels checked, ect nothing helped. One of the girls here named Ali came over to help and expressed that based on what I was saying she didn’t feel like makeup is the issue. She brought me a couple of samples of 2 skincare products and encouraged me to just try them without the commitment of buying. After 3 days my skin was like brand new! I haven’t felt this good in YEARS. She could have easily just slapped an expensive makeup on me and called it a day but she went above and beyond, used her skills and knowledge and made me feel cared about with her service! I can’t wait to go back to buy the full size products she recommended! I will never use anything else again.

  had the absolute best experience at Sephora thanks to Lula! She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful from the moment she started assisting me. Lula is extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to really understand my skin needs before making recommendations. What stood out most was how confident and thoughtful her suggestions were—she explained why each product would work for my skin and made the entire process feel easy and personalized. I never felt pressured, but her expertise and enthusiasm honestly made me want to buy everything she recommended! This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a Sephora. Lula made the visit fun, informative, and seamless. If you’re shopping at Sephora, definitely ask for Lula—you won’t regret it!
