  I had a Great time here over the weekend, I’ve been here before to grab a gift for my wife and she loved this place ever sense my mom and grandmother was in town and I took them to get some new earrings and they LOVEDDDDD IT as well the atmosphere, the vibe, the people all wonderful. The ladies there are Awesome Tiandra and Tylette helped my family with a “Stack” they call it lol and we ended leaving with a few pieces and new piercings for my family.

  I am kind of disappointed in my experience at Rowan. I booked online for an appointment for a helix and lobe piercing. On the website it let me book both in one appointment. As well, on the website it told me to arrive ten minutes later. I had to get a watch resized so I was at the mall a little early. I ended up arriving 15 minutes early instead of 10. Immediately as I walked in the person working the front desk was a tad bit rude. She dismissively told me that they wouldn’t be able to do my appointment until 12:00. That’s completely okay, but it was said to me like the website didn’t tell me to arrive ten minutes early. As well they were only able to do one of the piercings in the appointment time. Why did the website let me do it then? To be honest it seemed to me like they could have done both but I digress. I ended up getting my helix piercing and the piercer was very kind and it didn’t hurt at all. I am very happy with how my piercing turned out. My next issue came when they showed me what I was paying. They automatically put on their cleaning spray which was $20. I thought it was bold to assume that I was automatically buying it. I told her that I had a saline spray at home (I already have another helix piercing) and that I didn’t want that. She asks if it was from Rowan to which I said no and she says that the healing time will be longer. She then crosses out the healing time from 10 weeks to 18 months. In my opinion that’s bull. There’s no way that their cleaning spray is anything special. I think they are trying to get people that don’t know much about piercings to buy their overpriced product. As well, they never checked my ID. Although I am 18 and put it on the website it felt weird that they didn’t double check it. I don’t recommend Rowan and I think you would be better saving your money and going to a tattoo shop that actually knows what their doing. I think at Rowan you’re paying for a cute experience (not that the piercers are much better) and I felt that it didn’t deliver.

  I came in today to get my helix pierced on both ears. Abby helped with choosing an appropriate earring for the location to ensure there would be no rubbing or irritation. It took a bit to get the location right because "ears are sisters not twins" which I never thought about before. We adjusted the location a few times before it was absolutely perfect. Abby did an incredible job with my piercings, it was quick and virtually pain free. The other ladies in the ue shop today were great as well. Though a bit on the pricy side it's worth it to get quality earrings and someone experienced. Plus to know that you're in the presence of a full staff of RNs is always nice. Will definitely be back for additional piercings.

  Stopped in for a hidden Helix and double upper lobe and saw Abby and she did absolutely amazing! Will definitely be coming back again for more!
