  3 and half years of paying rent on time. Was told that my deposit was applied to my rent as credit, and it never was. Patiently waited for this to get resolved, and the managers completely stopped answering me after they said they are going to get back to me.

  I am so happy I brought my salon over to Mattison Avenue! I’ve been here a few months and it has been nothing shy of amazing. Our property manager Mimi is very helpful and attentive and always ready to help or answer questions. It is a major upgrade from my previous building and my clients love coming to see me here!

  I’ve been a tenant for a year and I’ll admit my 1st couple months were an absolute nightmare with previous management However, my experience has completely turned around ever since Mimi took over the management. She has made me feel so comfortable and always responds in a timely manner. I actually renewed for another year because of Mimi. She took the time to look look at my suite and give me a tour of multiple suites and 2 different locations without rushing me to transfer to a bigger suite for another year. Thank you Mimi, I appreciate you!

  Love the stylist I go to, but the drink area is disgusting. The nozzle has a bunch of gunk on it and it’s gross.
