My kids were choosing bath bombs and one of the associates, Alfinio, asked if they would like to sit down and make their own bubble bars. I didn’t know this was something the store offered (for only the cost of the bar itself!) and they had an absolute blast. Such a fun little activity we weren’t expecting. He also told us about Lush bday parties and it is something we’d love to do when our birthdays roll around. Alfinio was amazing and making the bubble bars was so fun - highly recommend having an event/party here. We will be customers for life!

It was leave conditioner, and I wanted to get some for myself. So I ordered it online.Got the order and it was damaged.The two items that I got. I tried to return it via the chat just busy, and they were not very helpful courteous or customer friendly. But my friend encouraged me going to the store.They're absolutely amazing to work with.And they'll help you better than being on chat. So I did I went into the store and the manager was there, not because I asked for them just because they were there with another representative. And they were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful exchanged and helped me with my order Immediately, no fuss, and it was easy to do this. I wish I wouldn't have even bothered with the chat. If I'm able to use this product fingers crossed, I'm definitely going to be going back in the store and purchasing another.
