- CKChico's KustomsMar 11, 20261.0I have been bringing my son here for one year and 8 months, every time we had his haircuts one of the nice ladies did a great job and gave us exactly what we asked for. I brought him in today, the manager was who called us up for cut, first off he read off some clip sizes off a receipt, I said no I want a mullet style and showed him a picture, he agreed and began the cut. At first my son (5yrs old) flicked a little hair from the cover and he yelled at him aggressively, and said dont do that or I will cut my fingers and won't be able to work for a week!. 1st red flag. When he finished 2 minutes later, and after blowing a shot of blower air directly in his face and saying HA! I said wait! Haircut was not anything like what I asked or showed. He grew furious and starting saying that's what I asked for, and he grabbed the receipt he said he had for the cut and it wasnt even my son's name. I showed him the cut, he agreed, then proceeded to absolutely butcher my sons hair. Then begins to say they are not barbers! I have gotten my son the same cut every single time, at this location. Just never him. Please dont let this man cut anyone's hair, I am now having to take him somewhere right now to fix it. I walked out refusing to pay, but returned after a few seconds and paid, he told me I could not return there.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
