  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been seeing Dr. Fulton at Skinnovative Med Spa for 8 years, and I can honestly say there’s nobody better! Their entire staff is incredible, warm, professional, and always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Fulton has mastered the art of subtle, natural results. Nobody ever knows I get Botox… I just look rested, refreshed, and confident. I can’t recommend him enough!

  Not happy with my results. I’ve had filler done before and the outcome was nice and lasted for awhile. Not happy with my results from this place! Wouldn’t come back!!!also I read the reviews and they do nothing to make it better. All they say is sorry and that’s it! Wont seeme there sgain. I won’t ever refer anyone to this place. They just take your money. So sad!

  I’ve been a patient at SKINovative for several years and have spent roughly $9,000 on PDO thread lifts and related treatments. Unfortunately, my last experience was deeply disappointing and, frankly, disheartening. After my second thread lift, I began noticing temple hollowing when comparing photos over time. I shared this concern before proceeding with my third lift last November, where I also requested an eye thread for a subtle brow lift. That turned out to be a big mistake. The thread is still there a year later, and despite multiple attempts to discuss it (including at my 2-week and 3-month follow-ups that were spearheaded by me with no meaningful response to the complication I experienced along with no options to correct of fix the still existing damage which persists a year later) I never received a meaningful response from this member of team. My phone number was even written down during my last visit, but I was never contacted again. It’s discouraging to see other reviewers describe similar experiences from lumps, scarring, and poor follow-up while the clinic’s responses say they’re “reviewing policies.” I truly hope they have, because patients deserve attentive care and follow-through, especially when we’ve invested so much trust and money. I’m leaving three stars because there were times in the past I did feel cared for here, but my recent experience and lack of accountability left me feeling hurt and ignored. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision and encourages SKINovative to seriously reconsider who performs these procedures and how patient concerns are handled.
