It seemed that the person who pierced my four-year-old daughter’s ears was new or inexperienced. The process took a very long time, and only one ear was pierced. My daughter became upset, and because there was so much time between ears, she would not allow the second ear to be done. If you plan to come here with a young child, I strongly recommend requesting an experienced piercer and asking that both ears be done at the same time to avoid this situation. I regret not doing more research beforehand and trusted that the process would be handled smoothly, especially given the high cost. We left with only one ear pierced. On top of that, my older daughter had her second piercing done the same day, and the earring back fell off just a few days later and was lost. The backing appeared to be faulty, and no other backs would stay on the earring. Unfortunately, we live out of town and weren’t able to return. Overall, this experience resulted in nearly $300 spent with disappointing outcomes. I hope this feedback helps other parents make informed decisions and encourages Rowan to improve training and quality control.

We changed the location a few times to make sure it was just right. After I got my piercing I felt very faint and she quickly put my chair back and brought me a fan, juice, and lollipop. I started to feel better very quickly and I love my new piercing. Overall 10/10 experience. This is my second time coming to Rowan’s and it will not be my last.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
