- EEEric1 day ago1.0Terrible customer service! What happened reflects a clear management issue. I scheduled my daughter’s piercing on Tuesday and received confirmation. On Thursday, YOUR shop called me to reschedule due to the piercing type, so an earlier appointment at 3:30 was confirmed. Based on that confirmation, I rearranged work, pulled my daughter out of school early, and drove 30 minutes. We arrived on time, waited and were told there was no appointment in the system. I showed the confirmation and explained that your staff had called last minute to reschedule, two days after the appointment was made. The manager ended up speaking to me over the phone and told me that they “don’t schedule over the phone” and that appointments must be made online…despite the fact that your team initiated the call to reschedule and confirmed the time. Mistakes happen. What’s frustrating is the complete lack of ownership and the unwillingness to make it right after we had already adjusted our entire afternoon around your confirmation. Ridiculous!

Do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are encouraged, but we welcome walk-ins.
Do you pierce babies?
We pierce babies as young as 2 months old. We require one DTaP vaccine for children ages 5 and under.
How much do piercings cost?
Piercings start at $35 each + the cost of piercing jewelry.
What piercing placements do you offer?
Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
Do you accept cash?
We are a cashless studio.
