The office is clean, quiet and comfortable. Since it was my first time I was upgraded to the VIP Room which I highly recommend. I have been known to be a big baby when it comes to needles but I didn’t even flinch. The massage chair, oxygen and dim lights were amazing. Mel is a gem and made the entire experience awesome! I highly recommend Prime IV!!

The staff was so kind to make and ensured the whole experience was smooth and helped me feel so comfortable! I left feeling like i had been to a spa! I came in after recently being diagnosed with Epstein Barr Virus, and worked with a nurse (Sam, you’re amazing, I hope you see this) who truly listened to my entire situation and thoughtfully recommended a whole cocktail of remedies for my IV. They then take you to a dimly lit, peaceful room with, hear me out, THE BEST MASSAGE CHAIRS- literally head to toe goodness. And you can enjoy a relaxing 30ish minutes while your IV finishes. You would think they would charge premium prices for how thorough and relaxing the process is, but they don’t! Pricing is competitive, and they are really transparent about what it’s going to cost if you get any add-ons! Quick shout-out to the front desk staff too, check in, scheduling, check out is all easy & smooth and they are seriously so kind!
