Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. It was leave conditioner, and I wanted to get some for myself. So I ordered it online.Got the order and it was damaged.The two items that I got. I tried to return it via the chat just busy, and they were not very helpful courteous or customer friendly. But my friend encouraged me going to the store.They're absolutely amazing to work with.And they'll help you better than being on chat. So I did I went into the store and the manager was there, not because I asked for them just because they were there with another representative. And they were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful exchanged and helped me with my order Immediately, no fuss, and it was easy to do this. I wish I wouldn't have even bothered with the chat. If I'm able to use this product fingers crossed, I'm definitely going to be going back in the store and purchasing another.

Not only did the girls help me, but they offered extra touches like the perfect gift wrapping and they were both so sweet. They were professional, personable and went above and beyond to make sure I was well caree for!

I feel like I get the true Lush experience here and have made friends with several of the employees. Logan is a great manager and deserves some accolades because she's not afraid to weigh pros and cons when helping me decide on something new. She always helps me find new products to love (even if I stop in just to say hi). I might live an hour away, but I'll make the drive for this store!
