- MCMariah CDec 30, 20251.0I used to like this place till recently. I went to get my haircut and was placed with Becky. Immediately felt like I was an inconvenience to her. I needed a trim and was told my ends were so dry and asked if I had cut my own hair in a snobby tone. I told her no, I was aware my ends were dry due to being previously blonde and grew my hair out till it was long enough to cut the left over blonde out. She stayed quiet, I was aware I desperately needed a haircut as I had not had one in a year due to the after math of the loss of my baby. I felt humiliated by her. She then proceeded to rudely give unsolicited advice regarding my husband’s hair, stating he needed a haircut even though he was only there to support me. I let her know he was growing his hair out to donate. Which was really not any of her business. She completely ruined my experience here. I couldn’t wait to leave. I wish I had listened to my gut and walked away from the very beginning. The haircut wasn’t great either. Becky made it such a miserable experience.
