She then proceeded to do a zero all the way up then ask if it was okay after having started. No going back now after that so had her continue. She finished by leaving me with uneven length on the top and a crooked line. Didn't even get all the hair around my ears. Very dissatisfied. Get rid of people who do this with no care for the work they provide!
