I tried a few time to start a conversation, but I all I got in return were one or two word answers and usually they were pretty negative. I’m not sure why it was like this today, I’ll try to give the benefit of the doubt and say today was just a hard day for this stylist. But I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

These last 2 trips they have had an issue with a woman who works in the salon, but had not been the one to cut any of their hair. The last visit she was very rude about my husband asking what the boys last hair cut was (referring to the info saved on great clips computer system) the woman very rudely said to him "well, how am i supposed to know?!" This visit today, my husband and 2 boys again went in to get hair cuts. There was no one inside waiting. The boys both got their hair done. When my husband sat down for his, this same woman (who was not cutting anyone's hair) rudely tells her co-worker (who was about to start) "there are people with online check ins waiting. You have to take them first" I have worked retail all of my life, including management and salon/spa settings and never heard of kicking a client out of a chair to take an 'online check in' over a customer in the middle of their ticket. My husband was embarrassed and left with out getting his hair cut. We were not able to get her name, due to to her rudeness, however the physical description is as follows: black hair worn in a bun, tall, heavier set, full sleeve tattoos. I sincerely hope that some additional training be provided to her for her customer service. Even at Great Clips, I would except basic human courtesy.
