This conduct was highly unprofessional. Despite the poor phone experience, I decided to visit the salon Saturday. On the chance that Ismael was working, as he is the only stylist who consistently provides the excellent haircut I require. I was pleased to find that he was available. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to discover that the individual whose voice I recollect over the phone was the manager Tori. When I stated I would wait for Ismael, this manager exhibited visibly negative body language and gave me a look that was interpreted as hostile. Furthermore, while Ismael was cutting my hair, I observed what appeared to be significant anger directed toward him from the manager. I want to emphasize that Ismael’s service was, as always, exceptional. He is a highly skilled professional, and his work is the sole reason I continue to patronize your business. I hope you will review the details of my experience to address the concerning behavior of the manager and ensure a consistently professional and positive atmosphere for both clients and employees.
