First off she was told I'm deaf in my left ear, so when I had to say what to her questions that upset her. Then she didn't give me the haircut I asked for. So I requested her to make the front of my hair to match the back. I was getting it corrected before leaving the chair. I was told in a very angry voice to bring a picture next time or she would charge me double. Oh yeah I requested a style and cut. My hair was cut before the shampoo. This lady was very unprofessional. I don't know her name. She had bright red hair, piercing in her cheeks and lips. By all means don't let her cut your dogs hair let alone your hair.

The haircut come first then the shampoo and dry. When my aunt tried to explain what she wanted instead of doing it Yenney got snarky telling her next time to bring in a picture. Also checking in online doesn't mean you get any sooner. You have to still wait on the line that is there.
