The front desk staff is always warm, welcoming, and efficient. They remember who I am and always make the check-in process quick and easy, which I really appreciate. For most of my visits since joining, I’ve seen Alex, and he has been fantastic. He’s highly skilled, especially when it comes to deep tissue massage, and does a great job focusing on specific areas whenever requested. I would absolutely recommend The NOW to anyone looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s a great place to slow down, recharge, and take a moment to truly be “in the now.”

Although I live far, I picked the Chandler location because my daughter and I had been there before and wanted to keep our business there. I showed up the day of and was told my gift card was purchased at a different location, for consequence they refuse to apply it. I walked out without my wedding day massage. There was no effort to clarify and accommodate the appointment. Their website allows you to book and apply a gift card at any location. It doesn’t stop you from booking.

She ran a little longer at her appointment and I called and asked if it was okay if she was late, if not we would have to cancel. Lady on the phone said it was perfectly fine no issue at all. My wife shows up, was told she can have a shortened massage for the same price originally 140 which was the same expected price to be paid for close to a half hour?? No thanks I’ll pay the cancellation fee. Not very good business practices if you ask me, I own my own company and also oversee multiple chains of another company. If I could leave 0 stars I would 👎👎
