    Dear Sephora Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent experience at your store, which was, without question, the worst I have encountered at any Sephora location. As a loyal customer, I had anticipated a pleasant visit, but what transpired fell far short of the brand standards I have come to expect. Upon entering the store, I was immediately struck by the complete lack of attentiveness from your sales associates. Despite the store not being particularly busy, the staff members were engaged in personal conversations amongst themselves, seemingly oblivious to the presence of customers. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere, making me feel as though my patronage was an inconvenience rather than a valued part of your business. My primary reason for visiting was to redeem my annual Birthday Gift, a gesture I typically appreciate as a token of customer appreciation. When I finally approached an associate – whose name I unfortunately did not catch – to inquire about this, I was abruptly instructed to join the regular checkout line. This directive was particularly jarring, especially considering that in previous years, the process has always been a personalized and celebratory experience, handled efficiently at a designated point. To be told to wait in a lengthy queue for a gift intended to acknowledge my birthday made me feel undervalued and, frankly, as though I was merely seeking a handout. I attempted to explain that my past experiences involved a quick scan and selection at the counter, a seamless process that reinforced the special nature of the gift. The associate's response was curt; she momentarily disappeared and returned with my chosen gift options, handing them to me unceremoniously, without even the courtesy of a bag. This gesture was not only tactless but further amplified the feeling of being an imposition. The entire interaction left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable and completely unwelcome. Beyond the distressing customer service, I also observed a noticeable decline in the store's overall presentation. Several product testers were empty or appeared neglected, which not only detracts from the shopping experience but also reflects poorly on store maintenance. In stark contrast, I have consistently received exemplary service from competitors such as Ulta, where professionalism and customer care are evidently prioritized. It is disheartening to witness such a significant drop in service quality at Sephora. I genuinely hope that these issues are addressed promptly, as this level of service not only alienates dedicated customers but also poses a serious risk to your brand's reputation and customer loyalty.     I do not appreciate the attitude from the employees when I shop at this store, unnecessary and unprofessional. I try my best to not shop here if possible. Employees are not helpful.

    Subject: Boycott Sephora Sephora is still selling Huda Beauty, a brand tied to statements supporting the Iranian regime, a government that has killed over 40,000 people and inflicted unspeakable suffering on women and families. For the mothers who have lost their children and for all women demanding justice, this is unacceptable. No profit is worth supporting oppression. We urge all women to refuse Sephora until it removes the Huda Beauty line. Standing by silently is the same as taking part.
