She ran a little longer at her appointment and I called and asked if it was okay if she was late, if not we would have to cancel. Lady on the phone said it was perfectly fine no issue at all. My wife shows up, was told she can have a shortened massage for the same price originally 140 which was the same expected price to be paid for close to a half hour?? No thanks I’ll pay the cancellation fee. Not very good business practices if you ask me, I own my own company and also oversee multiple chains of another company. If I could leave 0 stars I would 👎👎
