It’s not just frustrating; it’s exhausting to keep watching the same issues get patched up temporarily instead of being properly fixed. Floors stay wet with no warning signs, putting everyone at risk of slipping or getting hurt. The air feels damp, the walls show signs of damage, and yet nothing changes. It’s painful to know that instead of taking responsibility, this company pushes the burden onto the tenants — the very people who keep the building alive. As someone who’s IICRC certified, I know how dangerous long-term water damage can be. It’s not just about stains or puddles; it’s about mold, bacteria, and real health risks. But to this company, it seems easier to ignore the problem than to care for the people who trust them enough to rent here. What hurts the most is that this could be a beautiful space — a place people would be proud to work in. Instead, it’s a constant battle against damage, excuses, and disappointment. I’ve seen a lot in my line of work, but watching a company turn away from responsibility like this… that’s the most disheartening part of all.
