I was calling stores to see if anyone had a tanning solution I was looking for. The other stores just said “no we don’t have it sorry.” This young lady offered to call stores to confirm FOR me and called me back. She also told me about a deal on the tanning products online because it was a better deal. Thank you for being an exemplarily employee!

I especially want to mention Lindsay because I went in yesterday and I had some really hard things going on in my personal life and her and the other gal working were just extra kind and went above and beyond to make my day. What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
