When our membership renewed the following month, we were charged $165 instead of $99. I called and was told the $99 rate only applied to the first month, which was never explained at sign-up. Later, we had to travel out of state and requested to put our membership on hold. They agreed, but failed to mention that reactivating required paying for another full month of service. When I tried to schedule again, I was told I had to pay $165 for each memberships. I explained we were never told this and only wanted to use the credits we had on hold, but was told that wasn’t an option. They offered the $99 promo again, which we accepted, but when I went to cancel the account, I was told I couldn’t cancel immediately and had to give a 30-day notice and pay another $99. At sign-up we were told “you can cancel anytime,” but what wasn’t disclosed was that cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. When I raised these concerns, the staff member who originally signed us up became combative and confrontational. She told me she was “very good at what she did,” which I completely agree with… that’s actually the reason we signed up for the membership in the first place. Unfortunately, despite her skill, critical information was not shared upfront and it led to a very frustrating experience. To make matters worse, when we tried to use our membership, the equipment was often unavailable. The Cryo machine was down for a while because it required a part shipped from out of the country. At our visit on Sunday we were told the door to the Cryo machine had been left open and it wasn’t at the correct temperature so we were unable to use it. When I spoke to the manager the following day, she informed me that the hyperbaric chamber, sauna, and Cryo were all down. I told her this made it very difficult to use our credits since the equipment was frequently unavailable. Her response was simply that we had 30 days to use them. While that may be true, one of the reasons we’re canceling is because our time is limited and when we do have availability, we expect the equipment to be up and running so that we can actually use the services we have already paid for which hasn’t been the case. Majority of the staff is friendly and the services themselves are great when everything is working. Unfortunately, due to the lack of transparency with billing, poor communication about policies, and the unprofessional way concerns were handled it’s made it very clear we will not be returning or recommending this business.

What are your core services and their benefits?

Red Light Therapy- Just as plants need light to grow, light powers the function of the processes within the human body. Red Light Therapy (also known as Photobiomodulation Therapy) uses red and infrared wavelengths of light that can help to boost energy levels, relieve minor pain and swelling, and balance your mood - all in as little as 10 minutes per day.
Infrared Sauna- Sweat it out! Unburden your body from stress, sore muscles and free radicals with an ancient practice designed for the modern age. Lay back, relax and unwind as your body burns calories and finds relief from inflammation. Release minor pain, accelerate athletic recovery, boost circulation and cardiovascular health - all in 40 minutes or less.
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
Infrared Sauna - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Make sure to bring a bottle of water to ensure you stay hydrated throughout your session. Your first time will be 30 minutes and every future session will be 45 minutes. A shower will be available to you at no additional cost so you can shower after your therapy.
Red Light Therapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Once you have arrived, a HWR will take you back to the room, set it up, and turn on the Red Light Therapy panels for a nice and relaxing 10-minute therapy.
mHbOT - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. The first session is 60 mins in the chamber 80 mins total. Then you can choose from 60-90 mins. 90 mins in the chamber is 110 mins total. IV Therapy - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. Snack recommended prior to service. Vitals taken prior to service IV Drip can take anywhere from 30-90 min depending on ingredients received IM Shots - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy.
Cryoskin- To prepare for Cryoskin services avoid exercising or doing anything that will raise your body temperature for 2 hours prior to the appointment and avoid eating/drinking any sugars, carbs, or alcohol 2 hours pre and post appointment. This is most important for cryoslimming results, but is also recommended for cryotoning.
Facial Services- For all facial services avoid using active skincare ingredients including but not limited to retinoids, AHA's and BHA's, and other exfoliants for at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Avoid excessive heat and sun exposure prior to and following your treatment and please inform your service provider if you believe you may be on any photosensitizing medication such as oral or topical antibiotics as you may be contraindicated for your facial service.

As a Restore member you pay member pricing on any additional services and packs you purchase in addition to what's included in your membership. As a member you'll save as much as 30% on any additional service or pack compared with regular pricing. For example, if you have a Level Up Membership and are interested in getting a Hydrafacial, you'll save 30% on your service as a member.
Level Up Membership- Eight (8) Core Services: Cryotherapy (Whole Body or Local), Red Light Therapy, Compression, Infrared Sauna OR Two (2) Base IV Drips, An IV drip with two standard ingredients Our most popular membership! We believe a regimen of Core Services and IV Drips are essential to taking a proactive, preventative approach to your health — so you can feel your best and do more of what you love. A Level Up Membership gives you access to these modalities so you can use them regularly, and you can use it in a few different ways (use it as started: 8 core services or 2 base IV Drips, or mix and match and use it for 4 core services plus 1 base IV Drip.) Unused credits expire 100 days from issuance.
Core Membership- Thirty-one (31) Core Services Core Services include Cryotherapy, Compression, Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna. These modalities may help the body promote healing, boost mood and energy and optimize sleep. Unused credits expire monthly.
Discover Membership- Four (4) Core Services: Cryotherapy (Whole Body or Local), Red Light Therapy, Compression, Infrared Sauna OR One (1) Base IV Drips An IV drip with two standard ingredients A Discover Membership introduces you to these modalities so you can become more easily acquainted with everything Restore has to offer. Unused credits expire 100 days from issuance.
Core+ Membership- One of each Core service per day Restore studios boast a loyal base of daily clients that utilize Cryotherapy, Compression, Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna to do more of what they love. A Core+ membership allows for that option and helps you save money. Unused credits expire monthly.
*All Monthly Memberships are for a three-month minimum commitment period and will automatically renew on a monthly basis until terminated or canceled (see Cancellation provision below).
