  WARNING!!! My husband and I signed up in January and were told the membership was $99 for the first month with unlimited services. When our membership renewed the following month, we were charged $165 instead of $99. I called and was told the $99 rate only applied to the first month, which was never explained at sign-up. Later, we had to travel out of state and requested to put our membership on hold. They agreed, but failed to mention that reactivating required paying for another full month of service. When I tried to schedule again, I was told I had to pay $165 for each memberships. I explained we were never told this and only wanted to use the credits we had on hold, but was told that wasn’t an option. They offered the $99 promo again, which we accepted, but when I went to cancel the account, I was told I couldn’t cancel immediately and had to give a 30-day notice and pay another $99. At sign-up we were told “you can cancel anytime,” but what wasn’t disclosed was that cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. When I raised these concerns, the staff member who originally signed us up became combative and confrontational. She told me she was “very good at what she did,” which I completely agree with… that’s actually the reason we signed up for the membership in the first place. Unfortunately, despite her skill, critical information was not shared upfront and it led to a very frustrating experience. To make matters worse, when we tried to use our membership, the equipment was often unavailable. The Cryo machine was down for a while because it required a part shipped from out of the country. At our visit on Sunday we were told the door to the Cryo machine had been left open and it wasn’t at the correct temperature so we were unable to use it. When I spoke to the manager the following day, she informed me that the hyperbaric chamber, sauna, and Cryo were all down. I told her this made it very difficult to use our credits since the equipment was frequently unavailable. Her response was simply that we had 30 days to use them. While that may be true, one of the reasons we’re canceling is because our time is limited and when we do have availability, we expect the equipment to be up and running so that we can actually use the services we have already paid for which hasn’t been the case. Majority of the staff is friendly and the services themselves are great when everything is working. Unfortunately, due to the lack of transparency with billing, poor communication about policies, and the unprofessional way concerns were handled it’s made it very clear we will not be returning or recommending this business.

  Charrisa is amazing! I have always had difficulty with IV’s and blood draws. Charrisa got it first try! She is kind, reassuring, knowledgeable and excellent at her job. I even booked another IV!

  I really wanted to love Restore Hyper Wellness, especially since the staff are incredibly kind and professional. Unfortunately, the Neveskin Shape treatments were a huge letdown. I completed the full, recommended number of sessions—spending over $1,600—and saw zero visible results. It’s extremely frustrating to invest that kind of money and time into something that simply doesn’t work as advertised. While I appreciate the positive atmosphere and friendly team, the service itself failed to deliver. Save your money and look elsewhere for something that actually produces results.
