We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

My friend and I were looking for a shampoo that was no longer offered and instead of simply saying sorry, Max asked what could be done to make it right and if we wanted to sample something else. She listened to what we were looking for and made a few recommendations. She was most helpful! Out experience today is exactly what you would want! Kudos to Max!

They are the absolute BEST, so kind and welcoming, helped me find everything I could possibly need (and want, fr they sold me on EVERYTHANG). They helped me find scents to go with the vibe I wanted and took the time to get to know me. I have been to many Lush stores, but no one had the amount of customer service that they had. I was the only one in the store yet they both helped me find the perfect products and made me feel special!! Genuinely, I love Lush products, but they could’ve made me buy the whole store and I wouldn’t bat an eye, that’s how AMAZING they were. Specifically, I was looking for scents to compliment the sticky dates lotion and body wash I have, so Quinn put the lotion on my arm and help me find the best dusting powder to blend with it and I can’t stop smelling it. They were also extremely knowledgeable about the products’ ingredients and even though the store was out of the coconut massage bar, Quinn helped me get one that’s just as amazing!! I also don’t write reviews often, but they were truly the best, I felt compelled to. Truly, they show genuine interest, listen to what you’re looking for and execute it perfectly. Anyways, give both of them a bonus they deserve every penny!!!
