Edna was very professional and she handled everything and gave me some advice on what products worked best. I bought a couple things and appreciate her taking the time to style my hair and get me out of wearing a hat. Edna is definitely who I want cutting my hair 😊

I went in for a BASIC trim of 1.5in and she cut like 5in off one part of my hair and left it like this and thought it was normal. The stylist was definitely drunk or something. I had to reach out to the manager myself even though my name and number were given to her, and she tried saying the stylist has seizures which seems like such a lie, even if so DONT LET SOMEONE LIKE THAT CUT HAIR. I left in tears, save yourself from this establishment it couldn’t be any worse.

After sitting in the chair I described how I want my hair done because the last time I didn't really like it. She immediately said that's not how we do that cut and you're going to look weird. Which is super disrespectful because I always got my hair done the same way so she basically said I've looked weird the last 8 years I've been coming to this location. I understand they constantly switch silence at this location and now I completely understand why that was the worst experience of my life and I will never go back to a Great Clips in general ever again. Don't go to this place The Stylist will just tell you you look weird and not give you the haircut you are wanting.
