- ESEmily StockmanOct 15, 20243.0I’ve been coming to the Great clips for years. Every time they do a pretty good job, but this time… it was like they were cutting my hair with a butchers knife. I don’t know if it was just a miscommunication, bad day, or what… I wanted hair below my collarbone with layers and face framing and at first the length was correct. I waned the face to be framed where when I put my hair up it frames nicely and it all blends and there was more movement in my hair. When I expressed this what I got was choppy unevenness that was much shorter then I wanted. The red on the underside of my hair sticks out like a sore thumb and looks awful. I tried to give it a chance and style it when I got home, but no luck… it looks awful and I’m upset that my former long hair is this short choppy mess that I will struggle with until it grows out. I won’t go back to that stylist again. Even though I was unhappy with my hair, the stylist was still friendly and professional. I just felt like I wasn’t listened to.
