I checked my phone about 5 minutes later and it said 20 minutes. I got in my car and immediately started driving there only for a text to come through saying now it’s 15 minutes. I showed up about 5 minutes late and was told I got skipped so it’d be about 15 minutes. Ok fine it’s your stupid online check in that was completely wrong but whatever I get it. Then a woman shows up 10 minutes after me and the lady says she’s next? She finishes a haircut and then calls that woman up and changes the list and put here before me even though I was there first and my name showed 1 and she showed 2. I just got up and left at that point. What a waste of time.
