- DDDomDec 12, 20251.0I am genuinely upset with the way that I was just treated at this store. I have been a regular for a year now and I don't know any of the terminology of a haircut. My first time I had explained how I wanted it then I would just usually get what they printed out on their tag. This time for some reason my tag didn't print and the man there says "if you don't know what you want with your hair I won't cut it" which makes sense, but when I try to talk with him about what I want he says that won't do and refuses to cut my hair. I am so angry with the tone and way he talked to me, it felt disrespectful and not appropriate for a paying customer. I understand that I need to know what I want but there is absolutely ZERO reason for him to bring up that type of tone and attitude with me. I would of understood if he was nicer and helped work with me on what I wanted with my hair, but he was way too rude it felt like I was talking to a wall. I am absolutely livid, no working employee should be treating a customer the way I was.
- WMwes mossDec 11, 20251.0Wow! Just go a mile away to the Sport Clips. Always better service and better results. This is why I prefer to go to SORT CLIPS rather than "NOT SO GREAT CLIPS." The place was vacant and was approached by an employee speaking under his breath with an attitude. No big deal as anyone can have a bad day. I'm brought to a station where he is clearly agitated, putting on the cape and neck strip. Not a comfortable situation. He puts the comb in my hair, dramaticly flips it up, and in a condescending tone, says "this is why we don't put product in our hair before a haircut." I tell him I'm not going to get the haircut at this point and he says, "you can leave." Obviously I'm not going to let him touch my hair and was already going to leave. I stopped in, between some appointments not expecting to get a haircut today. I totally get the concept of not having product in and I would have paid for and had a rinse done with no issue. Just a reminder that it's worth paying a little extra to go to a not so low scale business. With that being said, not all are like that but he definitely paints a good picture on why I'll go anywhere else!
