- CLCourtney lewisMar 13, 20261.0I'm very heart broken over my hair it's chunky at best and this morning when to style it and realised my left side is actually longer . If you need basic hair cuts come here if you have long hair say good bye she chopped off way more that two inches easily 5 inches and it takes so long for my hair to grow back. I don't even have enough for my usual bun so now I can't even do that. I'm so upset I need to go to a real salon and fix this never again. I will not ever come back I guess you get what you pay for but some morals please. I have to go with this hack job for two weeks before I can get it fixed.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
