I called my nearest Great Clips to ensure they were honoring the promotion. They were. I asked if they were busy. They said the store was empty and I could be seen immediately. I quickly logged in to the GC website to place my name on the list. 0 minute wait. I live less than a mile from this GC location. When I arrived, the store was PACKED. Every seat was taken. Several people were waiting. There's ZERO CHANCE that 10 people just walked in the door in the 5 minutes it took me to get to the GC. When it was my turn, the girl asked what I wanted. I gave her a detailed description. Less than 10 minutes later she pulled my cape off and announced she was done and she walked to the register to ring me up. She didn't ask if I liked it. Didn't ask if I wanted more. Just waited for me at the counter. After getting home and examining the haircut, she apparently only cut the bottom portion of my hair and left the entire top basically untouched and long. Very disappointing. Even moreso since I tipped her $5 cash.
