The crappy product she uses, the way she wants her bangs will ruin her hair etc. To the point where my wife left in tears, when we had a special night planned. $47 dollars for all that . So we will not be going back ever again. On top of the way my wife was treated is causing her not want to get her hair done anywhere right now. From the Manager all the way down needs to rethink their approach and customer service model. This is a very small town word spreads very fast
