She said sorry don't speak your language (english), which was quite inappropriate. She also suggested that she was unfamiliar with my requested style. It is highly unlikely that she was unaware of this particular haircut pattern. It is possible that she did not fully complete her school. Don't waste your money for haircut you're not getting at Great Clips. Talking too fast for her own face was weird.
