- RVRobert VillegasOct 1, 20251.0Man if I can give this place half a star I would. Took my son for a quick cut, nothing too difficult as he just needed a trim. The lady that cut his hair was a bit rude and kept telling him to stop moving in a annoyed way. She literally took the clippers to the sides, no style and that's it. When she said she was done, I was like no way! The cut was so uneven, I told her if she can clean up the top a bit, but she just kept hacking at his hair the wrong way. Long story short I took him to the barber shop up the street so that they can fix him up, and without a doubt they were in absolute shock that we had to even pay for such a bad haircut. Thankfully they were able to fix him up the right way. We will not be returning to any great clips.

Even though the appointment was only for me (which she did great at), she went above and beyond and looked at my toddlers hair and gave her opinion and recommendations. My daughter HATES having her hair touched, but Becca made her feel so comfortable and made it a wonderful experience for her. My daughter has now requested she gets her own appointment with Becca for a haircut, so we will definitely be back!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
