- MMMoniqueMar 31, 20261.0My experience with Nicole (short, older brown skinned woman with glasses) wasn't so great & I'm very angry with the choppy, butchered cut she gave me. 50%+ of my hair was cut off & looks nothing like the inspo pic I showed her. I went in for my refund+the $21 tip I gave. The manager tried to say it was cut how I asked & I feel was trying to insinuate I wasn't styling correctly - she didn't even offer an apology. Whether I did or didn't, the fact is my hair went from long & beautiful to choppy, horrible & short. I'm sharing this because I would hate for someone else to have this same experience & I'm hopeful Nicole can use this as a learning opportunity. Pay the extra money & go see an actual, talented & educated stylist.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
