- KKKristynDec 29, 20251.0Sephora in Kohl’s is a poor shopping experience. Nothing is organized on shelf’s, messy look making it hard to find items or even see what’s in stock. Price tags are paced in front and not even the price of the items. After 3 isles of trying to figure out pricing and seeing empty perfume shelf (see photo) I left. Trying to dig to find what I want made me realize I can order online - save me time and save management at this store from having to stock anything or enforce any type of retail standard. This store is poorly managed and no effort towards stocking, organizing, cleaning or even maintaining pricing of the items that are on the shelf.
- SSSantanaDec 3, 20251.0Very rude employee, first thing when we walked in, the little Asian looking girl gave us a nasty look and then proceeded to give us attitude and being condescending with us when we were looking around, she than proceeded to talked about us thru whatever speaker they have to communicate with each other, commenting about our appearance and laughing. If you don’t like your job then get a new one, there’s no need to be mean or take it out on the costumer.

Despite the holiday rush, Wren took her time matching me to the perfect foundation shade and made sure I felt confident in the match. Daisy was also wonderful she took the time to walk me through the powder I was interested in, answered my questions, and even got me a sample so I could try it at home before committing. Joanna was welcoming, kind and even helped me navigate my Sephora account so I could maximize my savings. They made the entire visit easy and pleasant, I’ll definitely be back.

She has the best customer service & has so much knowledge in fragrance & makeup! She was so nice & friendly on top of having so much knowledge in cosmetics. I have a huge love for good perfumes & have a good collection! I love a good fragrance that makes people stop to compliment you & ask what you’re wearing! I went in to buy a limited edition body spray but was interested in finding a new favorite perfume scent. She was so patient & took the time to show me many new fragrances that I loved! I went home & ordered a new perfume online she recommended me that I loved! Thank god she reminded me to take a photo of it because I almost forgot the name of the scent! If you’re looking for a new perfume she is definitely your girl to help you out! I will definitely go back to this store because of her! Even if I’m shopping for Kohl’s items I will drop in just to say thank you for the great customer service & recommendation on this perfume! If she happens to come across this review thanks girl! 🫶🏼
