- DKDonna 'Dawn' KellyApr 5, 20261.0The lady cutting my hair did not even spray it or wet it. Then, she cut it in a simple cut like a kids ĥaircut without any tapering or finishing. She said I'm done when I asked her to check her work. She was very unprofessional, looked all scraggly and all I can say is beware ladies! $20.00 haircut. The layers I had growing out were not tapered in at the end of the growth area and overall my hair didn't feather/lay well when combed and my hair it looks best in a ponytail. It still doesn't look good from her "I'm Done" haircut. When I arrived both workers were sitting outside scrolling on their phone.

The stylist was very kind and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the haircut itself was extremely disappointing. The service felt rushed. I was in and out of the chair in about five minutes (quickest haircut of my life) not to mention it was not busy at all, and most of my instructions were not followed, including specifically asking not to take any length off the top. When I got home and had a closer look, I was honestly shocked at how it turned out. It’s hard to even describe how uneven and off it looks. I ended up trying to fix it myself and even bought a set of shears so my wife could help salvage it. Unfortunately, we had to cancel photos we had scheduled for tomorrow because of how bad the haircut turned out.
