- JCJason ClarkJan 5, 20262.0Don’t let the name fool you, lol 😂 It’s not great! In fact, it’s not even very good. I needed a last-minute haircut and happened to see a coupon online for a $10 haircut, and sadly that’s what I got — a rushed and choppy $10 cut that will cost me the usual $40 somewhere else to get fixed. Seriously, it was the fastest in and out experience — and I don’t mean that in a good way. Her goal was to get done and go home (she actually said, “I’m almost done for the day, thank God”), so of course she didn’t put in much effort and showed next to zero concern for my comfort. Really the roughest clipper job I’ve ever had in terms of just trying to grind the thing into my skin (thank goodness for the plastic guard!), but what are you going to say when you’re in the chair and they’re buzzing you with all their might? And the technique overall was very amateurish, very blunt and choppy, just snip snip as fast you can, no nuance or skill beyond the basic minimum required to get a license. I had to use my own clipper set to even it out in back, which is pretty crazy considering. So why am I leaving a 2-star review (and not a single 1 star)? Because it’s not so bad that I’m going to have to wear a hat tomorrow. (Update: No one laughed at me today, so it’s not *that* bad, lol 😂) But I certainly won’t be going back. And yes, I’ve already made an appointment for about a week from now to get this haircut smoothed out by a more skilled barber. And, while it’s nice for the company to want to “make things right,” I can’t imagine what they could do other than maybe a refund. I mean, I’m not going to go back for another haircut—free or otherwise. You can’t expect to attract and retain clients with this level of service in a competitive market.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
