Quiet room was beautiful, calming n comfortable. Staff was friendly, attentive and unobtrusive. All the nuances one needs for an inspired spa day.

From the courteous counter staff, to the elegant and tranquil pre-service waiting area, the team at Woodhouse makes every effort to make your experience a good one. The massage is always a great experience. This time we had facials and I must say, this was spectacular! I had Kirstin and she was outstanding. There will absolutely be another visit! Thanks WH!

Their gift card program is a mess and my gift card was already used by the person who purchased it for me as it was linked to their account and they went in for services before I did so I guess their system ran it. Not sure I would have gone back again after my first experience if I didn’t have a gift card as my first experience was a mediocre message. Disheartening.

It is calm, inviting, and truly allows you to unwind before you ever get on the table. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure your experience is top tier from start to finish. I always book with Dakota, and I can confidently say he has magic hands. The level of skill, pressure, and attention to detail consistent and unmatched. I am sure I took four naps during the massage. That is how relaxed I was. If you are looking for a place to reset, recharge, and be taken care of at the highest level, this is it. Highly recommend.

This having been my 2nd time at a Woodhouse spa I was expecting an absolutely life changing experience like I had had at the Plano location however I left this experience in pain and feeling under valued. I came with a party (of 3) for my 30th birthday and everyone except for me received a welcome note in their locker with a beautiful handwritten note. We all went to the quiet room where we were looking to request a drink but no one was there to help us. After our massages we were met with more staff who brought our refreshments and a neck warmer. Overall the quiet room experience was great. The massage however was not an enjoyable experience, for me. The massage therapist I received was not a good fit for me. Her inability to be able to adjust her pressure appropriately after asking repeatedly caused my experience to be uncomfortable and left me with more knots than I walked in with. The experience I had at the Plano location left me relaxed and unwound like they advertise, however I did not get that same experience at this location. I wish they could provide some reviews on their individual therapists to help someone coming here on a destination choose an appropriate therapist. The manager was wonderful and offered a gift and a complementary discount however I wasn’t satisfied because the whole point of the weekend was for me to unwind and relax and I was not able to do that due to the qualify of the service I received.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations is subject to charges up to the full service value. All no-show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their service and be charged the full service amount. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
Minors (under the age of 18) may only receive services following written parental/legal guardian consent (via signature on the Spa Intake Form). Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian in the treatment room during the entirety of the service and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in all areas of the spa, including but not limited to the Locker Room, Quiet Room, and Retail/Lobby area.
Please note: Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to receive services at Woodhouse Rogers.
Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for minor guests. We do not perform the following services for anyone under 18:
• Body & Bath treatments (Bath treatments, body scrubs, wraps)
• Peel-based skincare services
• Any packages that include the above services
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and The Woodhouse Day Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Day Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Day Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
