It’s so cramped in there it was nearly impossible to be relaxed. Additionally we were out of towels and the robes and slipper drop was overflowing so people dumped them on the only bench in the locker room. If you want to book multiple people around the same time, there needs to be a locker room expansion.

The value compared to top spas in Dallas is disappointing with amenities only offered at an additional price. Most spas at this level and price point offer saunas, steam rooms, plunge pools, salt rooms, etc included within the service price.

I could barely tell they were using hot stones so if I go again I would just get a regulator massage. Some cons is that there are only two showers so I had to wait and keep checking to see if a shower was available. There are also no pools and using a sauna/salt room costs extra. I felt like the cost is too high for what you get. I would probably go again, but not very often.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations is subject to charges up to the full service value. All no-show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their service and be charged the full service amount. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
Minors (under the age of 18) may only receive services following written parental/legal guardian consent (via signature on the Spa Intake Form). Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian in the treatment room during the entirety of the service and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in all areas of the spa, including but not limited to the Locker Room, Quiet Room, and Retail/Lobby area.
Please note: Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to receive services at Woodhouse Rogers.
Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for minor guests. We do not perform the following services for anyone under 18:
• Body & Bath treatments (Bath treatments, body scrubs, wraps)
• Peel-based skincare services
• Any packages that include the above services
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and The Woodhouse Day Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Day Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Day Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
