    I recently booked a service at Woodhouse Spa—something I wouldn’t normally splurge on, but I had two gift cards that helped cover the extra cost. The service itself was wonderful. My clinician listened carefully to my concerns, made thoughtful adjustments, and ensured I was completely comfortable. Truly an excellent experience on the treatment side. However, the checkout process was extremely disappointing. When it came time to pay, I learned that one of my gift cards had $0 on it. I asked how that could be possible, as they keep the gift cards when you check out unless it still has available funds on it. I was asked if it was a gift, and came from someone local, and informed that when someone purchases a gift card, the balance stays in the purchaser’s account. This is done so that a gift email notification doesn’t go to the recipient; however, it also means the purchaser may unintentionally use the funds themselves. If this is truly their policy, beware. If someone buys you a gift card and they also use the spa, you need to make sure they label that portion of the funds with your name—or there’s a real possibility they could unintentionally spend the balance they intended to gift you. While the spa service was great, this policy is confusing, frustrating, and frankly embarrassing for the recipient of the gift.

    I’ve been to Woodhouse two or three times now. Always a great experience. The staff is super kind. The ambiance is great and the space is always clean. I would highly recommend.

    As someone who’s personally worked as a therapist for a Forbes Rated Spa in Dallas. Every detail is key to create a 5 star experience. My personal experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The details were there, the cleanliness, customer service, quality, timing, and service treatment its self 10/10.     Website said open at 11 am we were told to be there by 11. We arrived and it was not opened called they said they open at 11:30. No apology was offered nor any accommodation to make up for the miscommunication. Locker room is way too small for the number of massage rooms. There were only 4 in our group and we found it not big enough. Only 2 showers 2 bathrooms and there were at least another 6 other people besides our party. If you just want a massage the massage was great if you want the spa experience this is absolutely not the place to go.

Spa Reservations

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Spa Arrivals

To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
