- BBBridgett BethMar 23, 20261.0We visited the Paragould location on Sunday after church. We checked in online and were quoted less than a 30-minute wait, but ended up waiting much longer while multiple stylists became available, cleaned up, and then went on break—even with a full lobby. It became very obvious to us (and others waiting) that no one wanted to take my 4-year-old grandson, who is autistic. He actually does very well with haircuts, and the stylist who eventually took him did a great job—we truly appreciate her. However, the behavior leading up to that was disappointing and uncomfortable. One stylist who was available earlier later took another client instead of going to lunch, after it was clear my grandson had been called back. It felt like he was being avoided. We are regular customers and have always had great experiences with Gillian, but this visit was disheartening. In a world where so many children are on the autism spectrum, families should not feel like their child is being passed over. Unfortunately, unless Gillian is available, we won’t be returning to this location. I hope this is addressed so other families don’t have the same experience.

- MCMelanie crowleyMar 9, 20265.0The girls were absolutely great with me and my 2 girls my youngest girl though said that the one that did her hair wasn’t really friendly with her and was a little rude witch I could tell when she called our name back she didn’t look to happy I know they were really busy but as a business owner that shouldn’t matter when ur job is based on more customer service then u should have outstanding customer service if u don’t feel that way then maybe customer service isn’t the best fit for you! Anywho still wanna leave 5 stars cause the other 2 girls definitely deserve just that!
