  Avoid Avoid Avoid the Salon I’ve been between North Little Rock JCP Salon & LR. Many of times and was never told they charge by the Hour “wow” and on top of that to wash your hair is $50! I brought my own hair for the style I wanted & The style ended up looking like a teenager trying to do hair/ Plaits is what I ended up with and was told the style didn’t turn out right because of the type of hair I brought wow . I wasn’t told any of this up front and to make it all bad the Salon Manager “Bre” charge d me $200 Oh My Goodness Just sad!! I’ve never paid this much for no style at JCP Salon! My receipt read kinky twist & That’s not what I received/I can go anywhere to get Plaits done. Before people get their hair done they should be informed up front on how much it’ll cost period!

  I went to JC Penny's looking for bra's, I am not a small person and often have difficulty finding my size. I found 3. All from the same place. When I went to pay only one was the clearance price the other 2 were $16.99 more. I looked on line and found the same brand for $7 less. Of course I returned the one's that apparently were not on clearance and purchased the online bra's.

  My hair is natural and the shrinkage is unreal. I went for a shampoo, condition, straightening and trim. I have been natural for several years and had this process done multiple times elsewhere, and it has never looked this bad. Dani was very nice; however, my hair was too much for her. I will visit a different location in the future.

  I came in with expectations of having all of my hair cut off. I had taking my braids down and my hair had lumped up. I couldn’t comb my hair. I had washed and conditioned my hair over 10 times. I read to use vinegar and apple cider vinegar. Nothing worked. I called JCP salon at McCain Mall and I got an appointment with Taylor. Taylor told me she felt she could get the gel out and she did. Taylor and Shelia really did a miracle on my head. Ms Shelia really knows her stuff. She told Taylor what would work to get it out and it did. She helped Taylor and she wasn’t on the clock. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. They treated me like royalty. I left there without having to cut my hair. I still have issues with my hair but I am not worried. I have two great beauticians to help with my hair issues. Thank you JCP STAFF!! I especially want to acknowledge and thank Shelia and Taylor. Thank you so much. I would give them ten stars ⭐️ but five is all I can give them. I will be back in two weeks 😊
