Not only did she make me feel comfortable about getting 3 ear piercings done in one sitting but also educated me about after care and how to be mindful of my new piercings. She was extremely patient with me when it came to picking out my jewelry, I can be a bit indecisive. She made a few suggestions and helped me pick what would be right for my anatomy. My piercing experience went smoother than I could have imagined. And honestly was pretty painless to my surprise lol She also stated I could contact her if I had any questions or issues. About a week later I ended up irritating my conch piercing ( I think I might have slept on it by accident but i have no idea honesty ) I reached out to her with my concerns and she was very quick to respond. It got pretty bad and I decided I needed to go back and see her. Because I live about 2 hours away I wasn't able to get to the shop til late. She was so caring and we came up with a plan to help heal it. She cleaned it and put a longer post in to help accommodate swelling, this was one of the most painful things I have been through in a long time and she made me feel like I couldn't have been in better hands. She suggested I see my PCP the next day if I felt it was necessary. Because of her I still have a very cute piercing that is healing. I will be returning to Angela for my future piercings. I absolutely refuse to see anyone else now 🫶
