    This was the first time in my life I’ve walked into a Sephora and no one offered to help me. I came in to pick up an online order, went to the checkout line to “write my name down,” only to be told to go to the front—where the girl handling pickups walked right past me without asking if I needed help. When I finally mentioned the issue, the only response I got was, “I’m sorry.” I understand holiday hours can be busy, but it was 3:00 PM and there were plenty of employees just standing around. Really disappointing experience.

    Great experience yesterday. Ashley was so kind and helpful! She helped me find products for all my beauty needs and really listened to my concerns first before making suggestions. She put together a bag of extra samples too which was extra thoughtful. Can’t wait to book a makeup service with her. Highly recommend!

    I asked a lady working there for guidance about foundation, i regret asking ,she was so rude to me and acted like i shouldnt be even asking for help or guidance. I regretted asking. Unprofessional place

    I had a very disappointing experience with the shorter manager who the employee later said was the assistant manager. She spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I normally enjoy shopping at Sephora, but this interaction left me frustrated! I hope management takes customer service more seriously in the future
