Sephora needs to take action and improve training at this store. There is no point in having multiple employees on the floor if they are not willing to properly assist customers.

They huddled around the register after I had been rung up. I would / Will never come to this location ever again. This is one of the fakest rudest sales rep you have They’re very Rude & giggled the whole time without acknowledging to help us or help us find anything. They don’t know the true definition of Great Customer Service because they're all standing around huddled up giggling & running to the back hiding to prevent from helping us with what we came to get. I’ll order online instead next times!!! Thanks for FIRST & LAST VISIT EVER!!
