- PLPriya LingamOct 7, 20251.0Last week I have been there for a Hair cut before me person was cutting his hair generally barbers use to clean the floor,wiping the chairs between person to person instead the lady called me immediately without cleaning the floor and the area was mess with hair debris and she blowed the hair debris from the mirror area which flew towards me it was gross never going back to this place again.

- CBCat BJun 30, 20221.0So, I went here yesterday with a precise style I wanted, which included leaving one side of my hair the length that I already had it. The girl that cut my hair didn’t listen to me at all, and chopped it super short even though I specifically asked her not to. I had an under cut done, and both sides of my hair did not match up at all. One side of the undercut was so much longer than the other, and she went up way too high in the back. It takes forever for my hair to grow because of medical issues, so I was so happy with the length and just wanted a certain hairstyle done. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement. It’s hair, it’ll grow back I know, but now I have to walk around with this chop job until I can get it fixed. She didn’t layer it after she just cut it straight across. Didn’t bother to fix it at all, so I just paid and left. Money wasted and I will absolutely never go back to this location.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
