Hygienically, this was disgusting. I arrived to find the stylists using their tools to shave each other's arm hair. One of them was talking about how she can't do one of her arms because of a cyst. They were not cleaning their tools, were picking their nose, spraying, the bathroom, handling money, etc. without washing their hands. They put a completely filthy hair covered smock on me. The windows were smeared with handprints. The woman cut my hair at least 3 in shorter than I had asked and it was incredibly choppy. Not what I asked for. I even showed her a photograph of my own head with the hairstyle I wanted from a few years ago. Very simple long layers. Nothing fancy and no celebrity photo or something like that. She rolled her eyes. Then at the end she was insulted when I didn't give her a tip. They spent the whole time trying to sell me products from the shelf. Then the haircut ended up being more expensive than listed. I protested, and they gave me a coupon for next time instead of the correct price. Not great. Very gross. Kinda rude. Sorta sleezy.
