  It was my first time here and Jim was excellent! I felt so pampered and everyone was so kind. I have dark black hair and he was able to give me a gorgeous balayage!

  Cut my hair shorter than it was supposed to be. I got a pixie cut instead of what I wanted. I wanted a shaggy cut but of my hair length.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the JCPenney Salon in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I asked for blonde on top with brown underneath. While my hair was not virgin, I have only ever used professional salon color—never box dye. My roots were simply grown out longer than usual. The result was extremely uneven. My hair turned yellow in some spots, orange in others, and even white in areas. I’ve never had this level of patchiness or discoloration from a professional color service before. I had to go to another salon called Hogan hair salon located in sallisaw Oklahoma where they did a fantastic job. In order to have it fixed, I was told a high-lift color had been used. The only solution was to color all of my hair brown, which completely eliminated the blonde I originally asked and paid for. When I left JC penny salon and complained about the dissatisfaction, I was not offered a refund for my hair. I was told it would “ take time to get back to the blond i want”. Here are pictures of what my hair looked like before my JCPenney appointment, after it, and the last 3 pictures are from the wonderful salon that helped me feel confident enough to go out in public again. This experience was frustrating and upsetting. I would not recommend this salon for hair color services.

  Aida was fantastic! She was incredibly professional and nice. Listened to what I wanted and executed it very well. She even taught me a lot of tricks on how to style and take care of my hair after my layered cut. Everyone else was very kind and professional too, I’ll definitely be back!

  Thomas took me from a head full of grey, to an overall color, then after a couple days he did my highlights. This is a huge deal for me bcuz in my 49 years, I’ve mostly cut my own hair bcuz every time I had someone else do it? I’d walk out in tears😩 My hairs not easy for me at this age it’s rapidly thinning, yet, not only did he do a fantastic job on my color, he also was able to put long pretty layers in it, which anyone with thin hair will tell you, THAT feat is about impossible by itself 😬 but he was kind, as fast as possible without compromising his work😎, dedicated to YOU leaving happy!!! ❤️I adore Thomas, and I’ll be keeping him as my hair dresser as long as possible ❤️😎❤️ 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
