He listened to what my needs were, talked with me about a few different things, and when we decided on how to proceed, I got exactly what I asked for! Zach is just the right amount of chatty and very funny! Zach is great with current trends! I enjoyed my visit and will be returning to Zach whenever I need another trim and/or style. The receptionist was super cool and sweet. Salon was very clean even though it was busy. I was nervous going to JCP because I thought it was mostly for elderly folks, but when I was greeted by Zach and the receptionist, I knew I was in a good space, and I'm so glad I went!! I'll be back!!
