Maddie said she’d fix it and proceeded to basically shave my head. I didn’t have my glasses on, and couldn’t see the butcher job she was doing. I walked out with my hair 1/4” long. She apologized profusely, and asked if I had any scarfs I could wear for the next few weeks. I went home and cried my eyes out!
