Then when I came back for a refund, they lied and said this bald spot was there before they cut my hair, but that's easily disproven by a single glance at the cut. They don't even have the integrity to admit they messed up, and they'll try and gaslight you, the customer, in order to save face. They said that I could get a refund as long as I don't come back. I don't intend to, and I'm showing you the photo of my messed up hair so that you don't have to be subjected to this, either. It's called "great clips" because they clip great chunks out of your hair. If you want to be rocking THIS hip new look, hop on down to great clips!

Came in with 2 of my friends and when I sat down she asked what I wanted, I called over my friend to show her his hair because that’s the length I wanted. He said to cut off an inch all around and layer my hair. She was having side conversations the whole entire time she was cutting my hair it was almost like she didn’t know I was in the chair. I walked out with 3 inches off all around and the back was up higher in the middle of my neck and lower on the sides of my neck. Worst haircut I have ever had I’ve been wearing a hat nonstop for the past 2 days.
