Immediately when he sat down, he showed a picture of what he wanted and she said okay and started cutting his hair. She then proceeded, for the entire haircut REPEATEDLY told him how his hair had “zero texture” “was so untextured” “lacked texture” and said the haircut he asked for wasn’t going to look good on his hair since it lacked texture… keep in mind that she waited until the very end of the haircut to tell him about the haircut not being right for him, instead of telling him at the beginning after he showed the picture. I didn’t want to step in and say something during the cut because she literally had clippers in her hand but it was so rude and unprofessional that she just insulted him and his hair for the entire service. His hair is just regular straight hair, but it was insanely unnecessary and uncalled for. I’ve never had a bad experience when getting a trim here personally, but based on that interaction, we will never let NICOLE cut his hair again. So mean and so rude and it ruined his whole night. Be nicer, Nicole. :(
