I finally made it to Kristen & she confirmed it was BAD, but said she could fix it & she did! Her personality & love of her craft are always evident, but today she really went above & beyond to fix my hair without having to take a ton off. Much appreciated, lesson learned! Natalie cut my son's hair, and while I was not paying attention I did hear her tell him similar things that I tell him about taking care of his hair, so that is also much appreciated! (He won't listen, but you tried!) Thank you both!
